The THUNDERBIRDS came up 3 points short vs the Ohlone College Renegades final score 83-80. Although the THUNDERBIRDS suffered a defeat the THUNDERBIRDS played better team basketball.

In the second round contest the THUNDERBIRDS took on there crosstown rival the Alameda College Cougars. The THUNDERBIRDS defeated the Cougars 95-87.

(FROSH) DENZEL BELLOT 21 POINTS 6 REBOUNDS 3 ASSISTS AND 2 STEALS.
(SOPH) ANTHONY KNIGHT 18 POINTS 7 REBOUNDS AND 3 ASSISTS
(SOPH) DAVID ANDOH 17 POINTS, 9 REBOUNDS AND 2 BLOCKS
(FROSH) MACEO BELL 14 POINTS 9 REBOUNDS AND 4 STEALS
(SOPH) MARCUS GREEN 11 POINTS 9 ASSISTS AND 6 REBOUNDS
(FROSH) KHARI SWIFT 9 POINTS AND 7 REBOUNDS
In the consolation championship the THUNDERBIRDS took on the Monterey Peninsula College Lobos and simply didn't come ready to play and lost the game final score 74-62.
